If you have not tapped 'create' you can either 'push' it up and away; or you can tap cancel.  Once you have tapped create you will have to 'Archive' and then 'Recycle' the WarnZ.

If you have granted permission for WarningZ to access a particular resource (contacts, photos) the normally links should be attached to the WarnZ.  If this is not happening it may bebecause you have 'Restrictions' enabled.  Go to your iDevice 'Settings' and navigate to 'General' > 'Restrictions' and turn them off.  You should now be able to link to your date!
